“Greek Cinema Travels. Travel along with it”

Contemporary Greek cinema has been a continuous, often unexpected, success story.. Remarkable talent, prominent festival premieres, consecutive international awards, captivating stories, deep technical expertise, and boundless creativity - together, these elements make Greek cinema one of the most dynamic and compelling national film industries in the world. The Hellenic Film Academy celebrated this achievement, and the people who make it possible, with the media campaign “Greek Cinema Travels. Travel along with it.”

Developed in partnership with the advertising agency McCann, the campaign highlighted Greek cinema as one of the most successful examples of contemporary cultural production in our country. The result was an original, multi-channel campaign featuring print and outdoor visuals alongside video and radio spots directed by Babis Makridis and Argyris Papadimitropoulos.
